Monte Vista School Painting Volunteer Form

We welcome you to join our community in uniting to help paint Monte Vista Elementary School. California Credit Union is providing all of the funding to make this a reality for the students, teachers, and staff.

We encourage California Credit Union employees, members, and the staff, teachers, and parents of Monte Vista Elementary School to join us in this celebration of community!

The event is Saturday, April 24th from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Each volunteer must submit an application.

***Unfortunately, we cannot accept any volunteers under 14 years of age

due to this site requiring extensive use of ladders for most of the work.***

ALL INFORMATION MUST BE COMPLETED. If you do not complete all the information, you will be TURNED AWAY at the project. In order for our organization to conduct a well-run event, it is necessary for us to know the ages of EVERY volunteer and have CONTACT information. Thank You!
